Lights, camera, action! Filmmaking Camp gives kids an opportunity to create their own movies while learning filmmaking concepts. With a focus on the moving picture medium of storytelling, students will collaboratively storyboard, script, act in, and direct their own mini movies. A field trip to the Campus Theatre will give campers a behind-the-scenes look at the movie theater experience and how films are projected, led by the theater’s own technical director. The week will culminate with a premier screening of student work for their families on the big screen at Campus Theatre!
