Welcome to the enchanted garden, where elves and fairies are at home among the flowers and mushrooms. Mythical beings, fantasy, and magical imagination are the theme for this week. The focus is on fun with a variety of thematic art projects, dance, dramatic play, crafting, outdoor games, nature, and anxiety reduction activities. Campers will create themed projects to take home and collaborate on larger projects in the studio. A field trip to Strictly Ballet Arts studio will give campers an inside look at how fairies have inspired some of the most famouse ballet dances of all time. Each child will create a wearable costume item that they may wear to the Victorian Fairy Garden Party, a costumed annual public event created by Strictly Ballet Arts which falls on the Saturday following this camp week.
