In this hands-on camp for junior foodies, campers will spend a week cooking yummy dishes from scratch. From recipe creation and mise en place to plating and of course tasting, our chefs-in-training will get the full culinary experience. Campers will explore where our food comes from and different cultural food traditions while practicing kitchen skills and following recipes. They will prepare their own recipe books to take home with the dishes they create throughout the week, and learn from a real-life special guest chef! We will take a field trip to a local restaurant downtown to see how a professional chef works in our community. We will conclude our week with an in-studio tasting for parents and families to enjoy a  snack made by our young chefs.
